Description: L’Institut Africain appelé « Le Barometre » promeut le développement de solutions numériques pertinentes pour la production, l’accessibilité et l’utilisation des données probantes nécessaires pour la formulation et la mise en œuvre des politiques publiques, des programmes et projets de développement. En 2022, l’institut a conçu une solution numérique appelé Barometre-ODD, qui permet de suivre la dynamique des ODD dans toutes les communes du monde à la fois et cela en temps réel. Cette innovation a été distinguée comme 2e meilleure innovation au monde dans le cadre du programme Launchpad de la Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI) de la Banque Mondiale. Title: From Data to Impact: The Barometer of Municipalities for an Inclusive Governance and a shared Prosperity
Description: The African Institute called “The Barometer” promotes the development of relevant digital solutions for the production, accessibility and use of evidence needed for the formulation and implementation of public policies, development programs and projects. In 2022, the institute designed a digital solution called Barometer-ODD , which makes it possible to monitor the dynamics of the SDGs in all the municipalities of the world at the same time and in real time. This innovation was distinguished as the 2nd best innovation in the world within the framework of the Launchpad program of the Global Evaluation Initiative (GEI) of the World Bank. On the occasion of Evidence 2023, the advanced version of this innovation, called: The Barometer of Municipalities , will be presented. The Barometer of Municipalities generates dynamic evidence on all the indicators that interest the actors of a municipality and this in real time to help the well-being of the populations.
