Africa Evidence Week 2021 event: 5 years of evidence partnerships: a reflection on contributions to institutionalisation of evidence use

As an organization, PACKS Africa will be celebrating 5 years of providing support to the EIDM community, since the inception of our operations in March 2017. We believe that our short presence on the scene has contributed to the process of institutionalising evidence use in the policy landscape in Africa. We take this opportunity therefore to reflect on these contributions together with some key stakeholders (funding, implementing and beneficiary organisations). 

The session will recall some of the initiatives that we have been involved in, as well as collectively explore any outcomes and emerging impacts from these collaborations. We will receive updates, especially from beneficiary organisations, on the state of play for evidence use, whiles identifying any identifiable gaps to inform potential interventions.
