AEN October 2020 newsletter

This month, we feature the Behavioural, Environmental, Social, and Systems Interventions (BESSI) Collaboration which focusses on developing interventions to avoid transmission of COVID-19 while we wait for a vaccine. We also feature the World Evidence-Based Healthcare Day - happening today - which is a global initiative that celebrates all the agents of change in the healthcare system who drive improvements in the quality and outcomes of healthcare around the world. Our blog this month is written by the AEN strategic manager, Dr Nasreen Jessani, and focuses on the eight cross-cutting themes from EVIDENCE 2020 ONLINE that are all underpinned by a commitment to social justice.
