The AEN secretariat - in response to member feedback from the 2018 annual member survey - has introduced a new feature in the newsletter: Putting the spotlight on... Every month, the newsletter will alternate between featuring new AEN members and emerging EIDM organisations in Africa. If you are interested in being spotlighted in the AEN newsletter, you can let us know! Our hope is that this will help new organisations and members within the African evidence-informed decision-making ecosystem get exposure within this amazing community.
This month, you'll read about the exciting Partnership for African Social and Governance Research’s (PASGR) event that was held in Nairobi aimed at strengthening the African evidence landscape. You will also read about how AEN member Ndi-Euphrasia Ebai-Atuh has been recognised as part of the Cochrane Collaboration’s 30-under-30 series.
The latest AEN blog is written by the team from Effective Basic Services (eBASE) Africa, and shares recent efforts to encourage evidence-informed decision-making among education and health policy-makers in Cameroon by providing systematic review training.
