In a context where the effective use of evidence is essential to addressing development challenges, the organisation focuses on data valorisation and impact-driven policy support. It works with public institutions, civil society, and development actors to transform research findings and data into practical decision-making tools, knowledge dissemination mechanisms, and actionable interventions. Its approach integrates participatory methods and digital solutions, ensuring that evidence is not only generated but also applied meaningfully to improve lives.
CONECTIKA’s dual identity, as both a professional training provider and a policy knowledge management initiative, positions it uniquely to reinforce capacity building while driving evidence-to-policy translation. This makes it a valuable partner for organisations such as the Africa Evidence Network (AEN), whose mission closely aligns with CONECTIKA’s vision. A collaboration between AEN and CONECTIKA could help promote the use of evidence to inform public policy and development interventions across Africa, while also developing tools and knowledge resources that help policymakers, practitioners, and communities access, understand, and apply research insights.
Such a partnership would also enable the co-creation of initiatives that strengthen knowledge translation, evidence uptake, and learning among diverse stakeholders.
