On Day 2 of Evidence 2023 delegates were invited to discuss means of fostering an #EIDM culture for policy processes. The ACRES session draws on experience from the Uganda knowledge ecosystem. Speakers will highlight the landscape for an evidence culture and opportunities for impact. Vincent Tumusime Bamugaya from the Office of the Ugandan President, made this presentation during the dialogue.
